Procedure of purchasing the houses in Fumba

1. Reach out to us through email, phone calls, WhatsApp, visiting our offices etc.
2. We will take you to CPS local marketing office in Westlands
3. Here, you will sign the reservation forms
4. Within 3 days after the reservation, pay the reservation amount, which is part of the house price.
5. Within 2 weeks after reservation, pay first instalment which is 25% + 5% for facilitation fee for provisional title deed. If you don’t pay the 1^st instalment, reservation is refunded in 2 weeks.
6. After first instalment, you have intervals of 4 to 6 months to make next payment.
7. Final payment is when the house is handed over to you.
8. You will be receiving constant information regarding the project

– Once you pay the first instalment, the cost of flight both ways will be discounted on your purchase price.

– You will be given free accommodation in Zanzibar for two days
