This is a project within Bondo municipality in the boarder of Uloma and Nyakasumbi. It is on frontage

of Ukwala-Bondo road which is partly tarmacked up to past Bondo University fence and then the rest

● Price: Kshs 750,000 only (Deposit Kshs.250, 000 balance within 3 months)

Reservation fee for each plot is Ksh. 50,000 only which is price inclusive. This price is all-inclusive

of legal fees, stamp duty and title transfer fees. There are no hidden charges.

Financing from Equity Bank.

The project is partly financed by Equity bank. In line with this, any plot buyer who is unable to

complete the payment after paying the plot deposit can be financed by Equity Bank using the same

plot title as collateral for the loan. The condition of getting loan will be to demonstrate the ability to

repay the loan.
